The Molise Dop Principe Pignatelli Extra Virgin Olive Oil, NOP USDA certified, is obtained from the “Leccino”, “White Paesana”, “Black Paesana”, “Aurina” and Sperone di Gallo” varieties, coming from the ancient Principe Pignatelli estates and cultivated according to the organic farming procedures. It has an intense yellow color and a middle-light taste with a fresh olives and almonds aftertaste.
This oil is excellent with fish and some kind of shellfish.
